      <p>The study examines the role of Green Human Resource Management in influencing Circular economy. The present paper studies about how GHRM is focusing on Sustainable strategies, relationship between GHRM and creation of jobs. The paper also studies about green recruitment and selection, training and development, reward and compensation and performance management and different opportunities and challenges in Green Human Resource Management with Circular Economy.</p>
