Particularly in the automotive mechanical industries which are the manufacturer of nuts and bolts. There is need to design a system that recognised the nuts and bolts. The main aim of this study to develop a system to recognise the difference in nuts and bolts for their separation. For the processing of this system , the input is the normalised image of nuts and bolts with its size and dimentions and it can be used for the detection. With this idea, A system can be designed using the digital image processing and artificial intellegnce. The system can be design using different algorithms and these all algorithms are integrated using MATLAB software. The image processing algorithm will develop using wavelet transform which can be used to crop the images and this images can be used further as a suitable input for processing. The task of the recognition system developer is to devise a system that takes the data from a sensor or a high performance camera and assign a class for example nuts or bolts. This image is then applied for feature extraction by using principle component analysis. For the detection of an object Artificial intelegence system used. The resultant from feature extraction is given to Artificial intellegence for detection of object and then applied for the required application.

It is interesting to note that the modern technology evolution in power electronics has generally followed the evolution of power semiconductor devices, constitute the core of recent power electronic device. They are used in power electronic converters in the form of a matrix of on-off switches, converters are widely used in applications such as heating and lighting controls, ac and dc power supplies, electrochemical processes, dc and ac motor drives, static VAR generation, active harmonic filtering, etc. Although the cost of power semiconductor devices in power electronic equipment may hardly exceed 20–30 percent, the total equipment cost and performance may be highly influenced by the characteristics of the devices. Power devices require a high blocking voltage in the off state, a low forward voltage drop in the on state and a sensibly high maximum operating frequency. An engineer designing equipment must understand the devices and their characteristics thoroughly in order to design efficient, reliable, and cost-effective systems with optimum performance.. The expansion of microelectronics has greatly contributed to the knowledge of power device materials, processing, fabrication, packaging, modelling, and simulation. .

In the present scenario there a lot of households in India where both parents are working. This poses two problems. The first is that to take care of the children, either one of the parents have to give up their work. Most of the times the mothers give up their jobs. Second, the extra financial cost they have to undertake if they have to opt for kids daycare centers. So how to solve both these problems that so many parents face regularly. Our solution is to have ‘Kids daycare’. ‘Kids daycare’ is a daycare center within the company or office. This allows the parents to keep a close eye on the children and at a less cost than that on the outside.

Rural women constitutes one-fourth of the world population. They can no more be kept behind the curtains doing only domestic duties. They are leaders, social welfare workers, producers, entrepreneurs and their contributions are vital to the well being of families, communities and obviously to the nation. No state or a country can achieve the dignity and progress of the society in economical development without partaking of rural women. Our country is no exempted to this - English helps to bind the many segments of the society together. The aim of the paper is to highlight that rural women empowerment is possible through English.

The purpose of this review paper is to study the position of Amazon in the retail industry which it primarily gained through high-level supply chain and logistics developments. It describes the supply chain practices with Amazon as well as numerous product and service developments such as anticipatory Shipping, Amazon's Chaotic Storage Model and Amazon's Logistics Network Plan. It becomes apparent that constant innovation in a supply chain context has more extensive and significant long-term effects on company success than large profit figures. A comparison of Amazon with Walmart and other relevant companies shows that Amazon's supply chain is more diverse, implying that numerous services that are offered by competitors are combined within Amazon and its supply chain. Amazon's supply chain may be described by an efficient and flexible inventory management, fast delivery fulfillment, effective collaborations with partners, and strategic acquisitions of supporting systems and companies and a high level of customer service. The results of this review paper may direct future studies towards the investigation of further competitive advantages of Amazon as well as how potential threats and weaknesses a company faces may be overcome in a supply chain context.

Four basic needs to brighten the future scope is Smaller, Cheaper, Faster, Better. The rate of manufacture has reached the level of personal computers at present. Earlier military drones that were manufactured by aerospace agencies costed millions but now they are very much cheaper in today’s market. We are that point where these drones are used by normal people and not only roboticists. We have reached the stage where even the common public could aspire to have a drone and think about what they could do with it. The future scenario according to today’s proposals would surpass the prediction today by a fair distance though.

Determination of image quality is an important part of digital image processing as many different types of noise degrades the quality of image. There are many different techniques to evaluate the quality of image. The most commonly used technique is pixel based difference measures which include PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio),SNR(signal to noise ratio), MSE(mean square error). Here , by working on real time images and later adding noise(speckle, salt & pepper, Gaussian) to images and then calculate and compare the PSNR and MSE value for different images.

This paper reviews the application of various filler materials with bitumen to increase the pavement life. Aging of binder is the major draw-back of asphalt pavement for long service life point of view. Generally aging of binder is caused due to climatic condition which ultimately leads to cracks on pavement, rutting, fatigue cracks, which cannot withstand the changing environment and increased traffic loads, finally the pavement of failure takes place. To overcome this problem, modification in the properties of VG-10 bitumen was done by adding Elastomer Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) of grade GP1 and Nano Silica Powder (Nano SiO2) in suitable dosages. The short-term aging properties of bitumen were investigated using thin film oven test (TFOT) and rolling thin film oven test (RTFOT) to stimulate aging. The empirical tests including penetration and softening points were conducted to check for binder consistency.

Access to safe water is a serious issue affecting people of all ages for those living in remote communities and far flung areas where availability of improved water resources is limited; it is a great challenge to impart quality of water in significant ways. Point use of treatment is now common in India. It is a water treatment method used to treat small amount of drinking water for use in home, using indigenous resources. Turbidity and Hardness are the major problems in domestic water. Coagulation is a process used to neutralize the negative charge of dissolved materials in water with the help of some chemicals like alum for their removal; some of the commonly used natural coagulants are Cowpea, Peanuts, Moringa Olifera, and Beans etc. This study is carried out to investigate the effectiveness of powder extracted from matured dried Carica Papaya seed as active coagulant in water, which is readily available and commonly recognizable in most urban and rural communities. It was aimed at identifying papaya seed as a possible replacement for alum and other synthetic materials in treating water. Laboratory scale studies using Jar test experiments were performed on medium turbid water to determine the effect of dosage, stirring time and speed on coagulation. Results obtained showed that at dosage of 0.6g/L stirring time of 30 minutes and mixing speed of 80rpm, optimum removal of water quality parameters were obtained. 89.14% turbidity removal efficiency was obtained from this study and total dissolved solids removal efficiency of papaya seed obtained from this study was 90.29%. Papaya seed exhibited high efficiency in removing Total Suspended Solids, Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Dissolved Oxygen etc.

This paper proposes the use of direct DC power from solar PV cells for DC home appliances. By using the DC appliances the conversion losses of AC to DC in rectifiers and DC to AC in the inverters can be eliminated and every individual house can be a standalone direct DC house. This method eliminates the use of inverters which is there in the currently available method where DC from the solar PV cell is inverted and utilized in the home or connected to the grid depending upon the capacity installed. A smart switching automation for selection of source as PV cell or AC mains as an alternate source for either battery charging or to the DC loads has been implemented.

In wireless communication system, memory high power amplifier is an indispensable component but due to its presence in the transmitter section nonlinearity is originated in the system. In this project an efficient predistorter is designed using flower pollination algorithm for mitigating the distortions caused by the power amplifier. The wiener model which exhibits true output saturation characteristics is used to represent memory power amplifier model. In identification process, wiener power amplifier parameters are estimated using flower pollination algorithm. Thus obtained parameters are used for implementing hammerstein predistorter. The effectiveness of designed predistorter is evaluated by simulation of models and obtained results have been presented.

General Ledger (GL) has formed the bedrock of financial accounting. For centuries, it remained unchanged as a fundamental unit of transaction processing and true to its original principles, and even at times when technology has changed its primitive form to accommodate the requirements of today’s society, it did nothing to change its core. But now this trend could get overwhelmed by the emergence of decentralizedledger i.e. DLT and Blockchain Technology (BCT), of which Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple are the most commonexamples. Whereas ERP only worked prima-facie to automate and digitize the general ledger, changes incurred by Blockchain are targeting its very foundations. As per various researches conducted on the trends of financial market, it is revealed that while being relatively new technology, Blockchain and Distributed Ledger, are seeing interest from around 90% of banking sector executives. 40% of banks are still exploring the possibilities and various outcomes that can be achieved via this technological advancement, while about 30% are testing various scenarios of this technology through modelling proof of concepts. Recently Axis Bank, ICICI bank and Kotak Mahindra bank joined this list by working on a model for proof of concept of this tech in transaction processing. Intra-bank cross-border transactions are expected to be the most likely candidates of payment system to see the primacy of BCT and DLT first, followed by cross-border remittance, corporate and institutional payments. In this paper, we have discussed about the advantages and changes this technological transition will be bringing in the not so distant future and how individuals as well as corporations could get benefitted from it.

The modern dynamic world can’t imagine its development without bringing the concept of advancement in composite material. Natural fibers reinforced polymer composite has a huge affinity to replace the composite made up of synthetic fibers. The purpose of using the Bamboo as the material for this study is due to the advantages it has over other materials like high specific stiffness, high strength, low weight, low cost, biodegradability, non-abrasive nature and sound absorption. Even today extraction of good quality fibers from the bamboo culm is still a challenge; this work has been carried out to explore the possibility of obtaining the good quality of long fibers from the bamboo which can be used as reinforcement in composite material. We used Mechanical and Chemical processes to extract the long fibers from bamboo. The recently developed method for extracting long bamboo fibers opens the possibility to exploit this new material as reinforcement in composite materials for high end users.

It is found that the digital differentiators are used in many applications, from low frequency biomedical equipment to high frequency radar. This paper applies a novel efficient and optimization algorithm, Genetic algorithm to design third order digital differentiator by minimizing a quadratic measure of the error in the frequency band, appropriate crossover, Mutation and Selection operations are used to get the filter coefficients. Simulation results reveals that the proposed method provides much better performance than McClellan Parks method. In this paper we have designed third order digital differentiator of filter length thirty two by using Genetic algorithm. Many methods have been developed to design all types of differentiators but there is still scope of improvement to design DDs with minimum error.

Computing the relation between the chromatic number and the independence number of a graph and its complement respectively. We investigate this relation for some specific classes of graphs such as cycles, paths, stars and wheel graphs. Also for any graph having the same independence number for a graph and its complement, we find its bounds with the order of the graph.

In today’s scenario Health care Environment has also become technology dependent. Many humans are facing a panic problem of unexpected death due to the only reason of heart attack, which takes place because of improper and inefficient medical care to patients at right time. So to avoid such kind of problems here in this work a patient need to carry a hardware having sensors which is portable and android phone application, the sensors will continuously sense the body temperature and heart rate of patient and that data is transferred to android smart phone through Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. System also has the cloud database which stores all the required information about patient’s health and the role of Doctors is to prescribe medicine using the information stored on cloud. This device even allows patient to move freely and can be continuously monitored. The android phone will contain an application (app) which will detect the signs of heart attack according to the received data and if any abnormalities were found regarding with heart attack quickly message will be send to patient’s doctor, his relatives and hospitals. The SMS contains patient’s situation and his exact location via GPS to provide urgent medical attention. Staying true to the IoT vision, we propose a smart health care system, which relies on different technologies, specifically RFID, Wireless Networks and smart mobile which interoperates with each other through a Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP)/IPv6 over low-power wireless personal area network (6LoWPAN).

The purchasing function directly affects the competitive ability of an organization in the competitive business environment. Purchasing managers need to periodically evaluate supplier performance in order to retain those suppliers who meet their requirements. The importance of incorporating multiple attributes such as quality, on-time delivery, price and service, into vendor evaluation are well established in the literature. Supply chain management (SCM) has emerged as an increasingly important approach to improving the performance of manufacturing systems. SCM is an integrated approach to increase the effectiveness of the logistics chain by improving cooperation between the partners in the supply chain. The paper proposed a structured model for evaluating vendor selection using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The supplier selection problem consists of analyzing and measuring the performance of a set of suppliers in order to rank and select them for improving the competitiveness of the whole supply chain system. As many conflicting factors should be taken into account in the analysis, the problem can be tackled using multi-criteria models and methods. A live case study of an automotive industry for supplier evaluation and selection is also presented to demonstrate the functional application of the model.

Any moderate electricity generation organization that distributes electric power to a location close to the consumer load center than central station generation is called Distributed Generation (DG).The performance of active power system network can be enhanced by the optimal position and size of DG units. In power system, in appropriate placement of DG would not only become the reason for increased power or energy losses, but it can also put the operations of the system at risk. Therefore, to increase the reliability and stability in power systems, the optimal allocation of DG sources is essential. An overview is provided in this paper for different technologies implemented for recognizing optimal location and capacity of DG units to make best use of the advantages of DG units in the system network. In this paper, various DG allocation methods are studied as per their used optimization approaches, types of DG, objectives and constraints.

In any wastewater treatment plant large amount of sludge generation is major issue. The final disposal of the sludge cost almost 60% of total operational cost of treatment plant. In addition to this, it is necessary to meet today’s stringent pollution control norms, thus finding methods to minimize excess of sludge is of growing interest. The paper mainly focuses on sludge reduction based on cell lysis cryptic growth method using ozonation for both in wastewater line and sludge line.

The removal & mobilization of heavy metals from various industries and industrial processes has led to the release of these elements into the environment. Since heavy metals are non biodegradable, they accumulate in the environment and subsequently contaminate it. This contamination poses a risk to environment and human health as some heavy metals is carcinogenic, mutagenic, & teratogenic, which causes harmful effects to human health. Thus remediation of heavy metal pollution deserves the great attention and becomes very necessary. Different Conventional methods used for this purpose leads to serious limitations like high cost, intensive labor, skilled personnel, etc. To overcome limitation of convention method different methods like phytoremediation, biofiltration, etc. Hence, Phytoremediation is a better solution to the problem. Phytoremediation is the use of plants which reduces the concentrations or toxic effects of contaminants in the environment. It is a efficient recent technology and is perceived as cost-effective, eco-friendly, and solar-driven technique with good public acceptance. Phytoremediation is an area of relatively active current research. Various aquatic plants are economically beneficial and are used for the remediation of heavy metal pollution. This review article comprehensively discusses the background, concepts and various techniques for phytoremediation of heavy metals.

Imperfect scheduling and out-of-order packet delivery makes contemporary cross-layer backpressure architecture to operate at much below their capacity because they do not support TCP. In this paper, we proposed XPRESS-TTT ,a throughput optimal cross layer backpressure architecture with TCP support designed to provide maximum throughput of network also provide a coordination among networks.TCP can be operated on top of XPRESS-TTT because it is implemented at IP layer . In XPRESS-TTT, just like XPRESS network architecture here also a mesh network is transformed into a wireless switch, where packet routing and scheduling decisions are made by a backpressure scheduler. The Proposed XPRESS-TTT avoids out-of-order packet delivery and variable packet size, optimally load-balances traffic across them when congestion occurs, improving data rate among networks. XPRESS-TTT signals congestion by sending a congestion indicator to TCP whenever the TCP windows size reaches over the optimal size of window so we avoid transmitting packets through the network and wasting the wireless resources, only to drop them at the congestion queues further down the network. XPRESS-TTT uses TCP as transport protocol which establishes dedicated connection between source and destination which then avoids out-or-order delivery in multipath routing. Our simulation result shows that XPRESS-TTT gives 60% more throughput than XPRESS.

In wireless communications, Mobile Ad Hoc networks (MANETS) are collection and combination of non- contact type i.e. wireless nodes temporarily present in specific network routing without any predefined requirement of infrastructure. To find the best efficient path in MANET is the main challenge and also selection of right protocol at right procedure of time which route all the information efficiently. The Quality of Service (QoS) can be decided by various parameters. In this work various parameters like Packet Delivery Fraction Ratio and Instant Jitter have been simulated and compared in CBR and VBR traffic model by varying number of nodes, varying propagation models and traffic. The results have been presented in tabular and graphical mode. The simulations shows that the size of mobility and traffic load affect the performance of routing up to some extent which are based on source routing like DSDV. When mobility is low the performance of all three protocols closely match other when compared for all the scenarios. The large network with many mobile nodes and offered load will increase overhead for DSDV drastically therefore in these situations a hop by hop based routing protocols such as AODV and AOMDV is more desirable. The AOMDV protocol outperformed the other two protocols due to its multipath routing discovery process.

I wake up from the bed with a grudge and fear in my mind for the heavy workload pending in my office and feel tired to do things that need attention at home. I cook food losing the proper recipe thinking of planning for the whole work day. I attain and dress up my child going school unhappily loosing temper due to getting late for the office. I reach office with work-Family conflict like job: spouse, parent, homemaker and the impact of these types of work-family conflict on my well-being and work outcome. I have to take work home frequent evenings: yes this is the current status of working women in every field. Work–life balance (WLB) is a concept including the proper prioritization between work (career and ambition) and lifestyle (health, pleasure, leisure, family). To dilute by reducing Work life Balance Problem situation, Work from home through digitalization is helpful to delivering work life balance to the employee, and at the same time helps the industry to get the work done. This research paper is an attempt to study hypothetically, execution of Work from home Concept through digitalization leading balanced Home & Work Life for Women working in service industry of Aurangabad Region.

Ayurveda or the 'science longevity' is the system of nature cure. It is known to promote positive health, natural beauty and long life. Ayurveda, the traditional form of Indian medicine was developed by ancient sages whose bright observations led to the development of constitutional medicine. Ayurveda [Ayur + Veda] is considered to be a sub-veda or the branch of knowledge that is concerned with the physical health and happiness on earth which therefore assumes great significance to human life. Vedic culture was based on the Vedas four books of knowledge the origin of which dates back to 40000 years. This is an indication to the age old roots of Ayurveda. Ancient physicians segmented the universe into different types of manifested energy and attributed the very same energy to food and herbs. Patanjali is the leading producer of Ayurveda-based products, and it is the only company to directly challenge the industry incumbents in India, such as Unilever, Dabur, P&G, Marico, and Nestle. Patanjali has been able to offer low prices and has found a way to break through market entry barriers such as high startup and manufacturing costs, achieving rapid success where its cohorts could not.

A spring is designed to fit into the space available and to give desired stiffness while withstanding maximum load/deflection. Spring design in general is a compromise between many factors such as available space, design stresses, frequency of vibration, buckling resistance, resistance to corrosion. In this paper helical springs related to the light vehicle suspension systems under the effect of uniform loading has been modelled with non-circular wire cross sections using CATIA V5. This paper deals with the static structural analysis of the helical springs by using ANSYS Workbench 15.0 simulation software. Using the finite element approach the results are compared for various wire cross section.

The objective of this review is to study reduction in the moisture content achieved on solar aided drying of the dewatered sludge. Dewatering is capable of complete removal of free waters and small removal of interstitial waters contained in the sludge. Bound water content of the sludge includes physically and chemically bounded waters to the lattice structure (of sludge) which cannot be simply drained using gravitational forces and require thermal processes for their reduction. Solar drying is the focus of the present study amongst various available thermal drying technologies. Solar greenhouse dryers open or closed are used for drying purpose and its performance is recorded for different seasons. The present review is focused on volume reduction of sewage sludges using SGD constructed of different materials of construction.

A centralized treatment facility often faces problems of high cost of collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater and hence the growing needs for small scale decentralized eco-friendly alternative treatment options are necessary. Vermifiltration is such method where wastewater is treated using earthworms. Earthworm's body works as a biofilter and have been found to remove BOD, COD, TDS, and TSS by general mechanism of ingestion, biodegradation, and absorption through body walls. There is no sludge formation in vermifiltration process which requires additional cost on landfill disposal and it is also odor-free process. The present study will evaluate the performance of vermifiltration for parameters like Turbidity, BOD, COD, TDS, and TSS for industrial wastewater.

Code clone detection is the common aspect of reuse activity. Copying code fragments and then reuse with or without modifications are common activities in software development. This type of reuse approach of existing code is called code cloning and the pasted code fragment is called a clone of the original [1].Existing approaches does not make use of adjacency structures and their properties. In this paper we present an efficient way of finding code clones by using adjacency structure. We developed a directed graph of the source code and parsed the information into adjacency structure. By using the properties of adjacency structure we can find the in-degree and out-degree of a particular directed graph. Our insight is to deduce the flow on a particular node of the directed graphs to find the similarity between the nodes of the directed graph. We implemented this algorithm practically by using the tool named as control flow graph factory.

This work aims at studying the influence of adding splitter blades on the performance of centrifugal pump for sewerage application. Centrifugal pump design is well facilitated by the CFD. Pump improvement performance can be achieved by making geometrical changes in design of an impeller like blade inlet and outlet angles, impeller inlet and outlet diameter, no of blades. Increase in no of blades for sewerage application leads to clogging inside the impeller due to reduced area and increased friction inside the casing. Addition of splitter blades decrease the blockage at impeller inlet, resulting in increase in pump performance. The crucial role played by the blade thickness blockage on the incidence flow angle at the leading edge of full blades was also investigated. Adding splitters has a positive effect on pressure fluctuations is also presented in the paper.

presently everything is based on digital technology; every person is connected with each other by many ways, where most common means of communication is internet. But Unfortunately all over the world, the number of crime is increasing specially over children, as mishaps and missing of children are happening often .So this paper proposes a solution which is nothing but a monitoring system in schools for parents so that they may track their children in real time ,based on IOT . This proposed idea takes the advantage of the location services by SMS, when the child enters/exits the school. RFID (Radio frequency identification) and GSM (Global system for mobile communication) have been chosen as an appropriate technology for this purpose.
